Front and rear extensions at Ground and First Floor levels including a whole house refurbishment with new energy efficient lighting, a wood burning stove and underfloor heating to replace existing radiators throughout.  The works are to replace the existing plain clay tiled roof and construct the new pitched roofs in slate.  The replacement dormers and the roof to single storey rear extension, only, will be constructed in zinc to provide a subtle contemporary twist on a traditional form to enhance the 1970’s history of the dwelling and improve the local character.
